Holiday Return Policy
Purchases made between November 23-December 24 are eligible for exchange or store credit as long as they are postmarked (or received back to us) by January 7. Items must also meet all return guidelines below as well. No exceptions.
-Due to quick turnaround we are unable to cancel any orders after they have been placed. Your card is charged at the time of purchase and you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
-NO RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED ON SALE ITEMS. JEWELRY, PURSES, ACCESSORIES, INTIMATES, AND GIFT CARDS ARE FINAL SALE.
-Worn, washed, and/or damaged items will not be accepted for return.
-For defective item claims: contact us within 3 days of delivery date.
-Returns will be accepted for store credit only and must be postmarked within 14 days of the date your order shipped from us with original tags attached and no sign of wash, wear, deodorant, or fragrance.
-Exchanges: Due to limited inventory we cannot promise an exchange will be an option. Please contact us to find out if your item and size are still available and we will do our best to accommodate you.
-All shipping fees are non-refundable.
-Returns that do not meet our guidelines will be sent back at your own expense.
